P1 Property Management on SAP Business One is a total solution for the management, leasing, operations and maintenance of Commercial, Office, Industrial, Residential properties.

P1 Property Management provides for the generation of leases, administration and tracking of Leases including status changes, amendments, escalations, expiry dates and recurring invoices or journal entries every month.

P1 allows for the entry and tracking of multiple operating expenses, taxes and maintenance services by property or building and to reconcile the true operating costs with the budget costs. P1 includes a Preventive and Corrective maintenance functions to capture the cost of services, including sub-contract services for common area or tenant spaces.

An executive dashboard, Leo for real estate, is available with graphical displays and drill down to manage and query the property portfolio, lease expiry dates, spaces available for rent, space layouts and images as well as document management.

P1 is fully integrated to the SAP Business One Financials, Inventory Purchasing and CRM, using the SAP architecture with identical looks and navigation.
